Mr. Rowe, 

I just wanted to write to let you know that I did drop in to hear the band play on September 10th.  It was a highlight of my trip!  What a perfect venue too!  We enjoyed listening so much, and watching everyone have such a great time. 

Thank you all for the wonderful contribution to the world of traditional jazz!!  We just got back from a couple weeks in New Orleans, and I’m still riding high from that experience as well.  We try to make it down there at least once every fall – and I’m always amazed and astounded.  Without folks like you and your group – interest even in New Orleans would fade – so please spread a great big THANK YOU to all the band members because what you are doing is very special.
